  Polyaluminum chloride flocculant as catalyst and auxiliary, water treatment agent, is a new type of inorganic polymer flocculant, is an efficient, fast, low-consumption water treatment agent. Chemical formula Al2Cl (OH)5, English name referred to as PAC, the nature of this product is colorless or yellow resinous solid, its solution is colorless or yellow-brown transparent liquid, sometimes due to impurities and gray-black mucus.


  The main function of polyaluminum chloride flocculant is to instantly neutralize the negative charge carried by the colloidal particles in the water, so that the colloidal destabilizes, the colloidal particles are rapidly flocculated, and further bridged to generate large flocs and rapid precipitation. The turbidity removal effect is compared according to the active ingredient, which is 1. 5~3 times, the flocculation effect of low temperature turbid water and high turbidity water is incomparable with ordinary inorganic coagulants.


  Widely used in urban water supply treatment, water reuse treatment, urban sewage treatment, oilfield reinjection water treatment, circulating cooling water treatment, industrial water supply treatment and papermaking, printing and dyeing, leather, ceramics, metallurgy, mining, oil, fluorine, coal washing and other industrial wastewater treatment. The effective dosage of the product is 20~50mg/L. Liquid products can be directly dosed and dosed, and solid products need to be prepared into 10%~15% solution in the dissolving tank and dosed according to the required concentration. Polyaluminum chloride can also be used in paper sizing, casting molding, pharmaceutical refining, cosmetics manufacturing, catalyst carrier, sludge dehydration, cement fast setting, cloth wrinkle prevention, sugar solution, glycerin refining and other aspects.
