Process control of acetic acid and inline refractometer

  The liquid of acetic acid is a colorless and clear liquid. At low temperatures, the solid state is a colorless crystal block with a strong odor. Acetic acid is soluble in water, ethanol, most volatile oils and fatty oils. It can cause burns. The vapor of acetic acid has an explosion risk when mixed with air. It has an explosion risk when it comes into contact with open flames, high heat, sodium peroxide, nitric acid and other oxidants. Therefore, when producing, storing and using high-concentration acetic acid, emphasis should be placed on flame and explosion prevention measures.
  Acetic acid is also called vinegar acid. From its literal meaning, it is known that it is an acidic solvent and an organic raw material and organic acid. It is mainly used to manufacture acetic anhydride, vinyl acetate, acetate esters, metal acetate salts, chloroacetic acid, cellulose acetate, etc., used in the production of ethyl acetate, edible flavors, wine flavors and other analytical reagents, solvents and dipping agents.
  In modern manufacturing processes, in order to improve product qualification rate and production efficiency, inline refractometer are used to perform real-time online detection of the acetic acid process. The recommended installation method is bypass installation, which can not only detect the concentration value of acetic acid in real time online but also maintain the equipment without affecting production.
